What's New with My Site?

Rest the body, whether it is relaxed, agiated or depressed. Rest
the mind, whether it is relaxed, agiated ot depressed. Formless rest,
deeper then sleep, totally awake. This rest cannot be imagined, it
must be found, recognized, realized with a formless quality of
'seeing', knowing. Awareness drops below the neck...., then how to
relate with thought?
Unhooking from the normal way of seeing, stopping and dropping
below the neck. finding nothing is the clear space of finding what you
are looking for. There is a sense of being connected, but there is no
object, it is not knowing what is connected to....., drop out of
subject-object way of looking and trying to find the formless quality
of seeing. Drop into the heart's direct way of knowing. Get used to
another kind of sense, of beingness knowing directly. Then include the
six senses appearing to open-heartedness. Open-heartedness is the
center, the centerless center.
A little shift in relation to appearances, appearing to the
spaciousness that is here, everythiong is included. It is a field of
openness and something alive, fresh appears to the openness. breath
relates to time. Holding the breath relates to the atemporal. But who
is aware? Find the formless (an identity shift) the doorway. Hang out,
see, feel that it is living, that there is a non-dual suchness.
Next is movement, wake-down, the formless that we find is also
form. Empty and form are non-dual, not seperate. Move from mind of
"right" and "wrong", to paradoxy, both and,.......The heart can know
because it can't land, cannot be grabbed hold of either this or that.
It is CONNECTED. Feel into the paradox. Go beyond what the mind is
looking to for belief, to direct knowing, radical possibilities that
the awakeness that we are looking for is already us. It is o.k. to be
this awake. It is who we have alway been! This can scare the mind.
Fear CAN be aroused to awakeness--even fear is allowed.
Unobstructedness--even the fear is allowed....it is not threatening,
it holds no weight. Fear is also formless and vast, what can harm us?
Mind with ego lost control, sends a a signal, "nothing is here", stirs
the fears up. Meanwhile you are right on the edge of the gateless
gate. Gargoyle, the fear that has no weight. Step through__, oh, there
is nothing to fear.
Fear holds us to the seeming safety of our mind, mental-emotional
frustration and suffering. Mind wants to "put together" the formless.
DROP OUT!, "form" is energy, appears to No mind, the intial taste is
in letting go.
Close your eyes, your body is perceived more clearly, as if you are
looking through microscope. The vibration of heariing - "in", what are
the sounds traveling to? First notice the space where the sound is
going to, the movement vs the object. The first half-step of awareness
shines its interets in the spavce where the sound is arising. See if
that space is actually aware. Where is it located? Is there a venter
or a field? Tune-in to the feeling of openness, radiation and
aliveness.
What is that awareness outside the bubble of subtle ego, mistaken
identity? Let go of the sense of conrol, there is more flow where life
is appearing moment to moment. Life can live itself, it doesn't need
the manager of a functioning identity, but an empty mind. The 6th
sense with the 5 other senses appears to the awakeness. Mind is one of
the interactive senses of bodymind. All 6 appear to this beingness,
this foundation, this openness. From awakeness-openness, relationship
with the 6th sense is different.
Taking comfort with the (morphic potentials) of heart connection with
the Lama and Lineage. Ordinarily, we hink that what we do is who we
are. Havibg tasted being - ease - beingness plus this particular form,
there are thoughts but tere isn't a thinker. Thoughts appear but not
to somebody.
That openness already has a relationship with the 6 senses. Drop the
habit of having tp go out of the now to reflect. Be present, the
intelligence is ALREADY connected, the field to the mind and memory.
Mind can rest-back. Like the ears, it does not have to double check.
Sight is habitually trained to thought. Sound is habitually trained to
thought. Thought is habituall trained to check with thought.
Shift wiring a little bit. Aareness does not have to go 'out' to
'see.' If awareness rests-back 60% behind the eyes and drops-down,
light comes in, what is that experience like? Stay at home in your
head, everything comes to you! Things come into a higher relief.-evens
out. The field is already connected to your memory, and perception can
go right to the heart. Just what's here.
3D, or a "drop", light comes to you. You see direstly without a 2nd
opinion from mind, a natural hook-up. Click into this way of
being-just direct. The technique leads you to this natural way of
being. It is not in the skill, it is self-arising.
Emotion is formless energy, confusion knotted itself up as children.
Now it can be seen from wholeness, coming back to love, then life is
an art.
my ? Back and down, are you referring to the brainstem? It is
difficult to notice awareness, it is too close, or we are looking in
the wrong direction, or it IS THE ONE looking! Awareness in its
ordinary form is who we are, moves around innocently with the senses
and mind. Relax-back-awareness is feeling WHAT is looking OUT from the
eyes, or (it) drops downbelow tthe neck, and rests in the heart
center.
Letting awareness know itself 360 degrees and here, wake-up the head,
heart, gut (core beliefs) and root (survival). The root is the
preverbal sense of survival. Drop into a sense of nothingness-going
down o the last gurgle-it is an identity with terror. Above that is
rage, above that is fear of death.
Drop into the mystery, the dark night of the sky, lose referrences,
but awarenes is undying. There is this peace, this vastness, this
heart. How do I recognize and remember to bring it all back to its
nature? When the heart DESIRES to find that for itself, it does. Once
recognized, just leave it be. Openheartedness, not knowing - empty
regding the next moment - experiment HOW life unfolds. Show up,
re-recognize the nature of spaciousness and vitality, thoughts and
sensations appear to the awake awareness.
